How is the feedback rating for each user determined?
Feedback ratings (only visible to mangers), reflect an average of the feedback ratings left by executive producers for the projects that the person has worked on. The algorithm to determine the rating gives much more importance to the recent projects, so that improvement is clearly reflected in the star rating.
