As an executive producer or a project manager, I want to contact all people involved in a project (or all people who have expressed an interested in a project). How do I do so?
At the bottom of a crew details page, under the heading "Management Commands", there is a link to e-mail your crew. There are two different options. The first, allows you to send to all people interested. This means anyone who has said they would be interested in working any of your positions, any of the days. The second option is to send to all people selected to work, which sends your message to all people who have been assigned any position for any day on the project. After pressing one of the links, you will see the names of the users the message will be sent to as well as a blank to enter message details.
