I filled out the forgot password page on the crew site, but never received an e-mail with my password. Why not?
First, remember that the crew site only interact with your primary e-mail address (the one you entered when you first joined). If this e-mail address is no longer valid or you are not sure what your primary e-mail address is, then e-mail support. Second, many spam filters might categorize your passsword reset e-mail as junk e-mail. Please check your junk/bulk/spam folder for the e-mail with your new password. If you still cannot find it, please e-mail support.
